Flooring Constuction

Concrete is the most basic flooring material. Generally, it is just the surface of the slab that is poured directly onto the gravel or dirt bed in order to install the foundation of a building.

Patios are a paved outside area off of a house or a building that is used as a seating or living space. The concrete slab that you have off of your back kitchen door where you have a table and chairs and a sofa for outside seating and activities.

Residential Sidewalk

Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

Decorative Stamping

A stamped overlay offers all the aesthetic benefits of conventional stamped concrete but is applied over existing concrete. Stamped concrete overlays allow you to duplicate the beauty and texture of natural stone, brick, slate, wood, and other materials without having to replace your concrete.

Exposed Aggregate

Exposed aggregate is a type of concrete where a thin top layer of concrete is removed to expose the gravel or sand that’s always part of the mixture but usually hidden. Sometimes, crushed glass or quartzite is used instead of gravel. Different sizes of gravel also help create the unique final effect you want.

Pouring Footers

The standard footer is 1 foot deep and 2 feet wide and it is directly beneath the foundation wall. In addition, footers must be below frost line to prevent foundation shifting that may occur when the soil swells and contracts from temperature changes.
